February Canna Yoga

Join us for a gentle yoga practice infused with plant-powered presence, breath, and community.

🌿 Euphoria Wellness will be co-hosting this session, to ensure you have a perfectly ~elevated~ experience (or not, it's up to you!).

🧘‍♀️ This is an all-levels class, and we will be working on opening our mind and body. We will incorporate minimal dynamic movements to warm the body, and then slow down into a calming meditation. Gently working our body to quiet the mind!

✨ Bring your mat, ID, water, and come as you are.

🍉 Fresh fruit munchies will be provided for post-class enjoyment.
